1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Beds and mattresses may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Beds and mattresses have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

  • Beds: Yes, require assembly (attaching headboard, footboard, side rails, slats). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people.

  • Nightstands: Yes, require assembly (attaching legs, knobs, hardware).

  • Mattresses: No assembly – allow 24-48 hours for full expansion after unboxing (bed-in-a-box models).

5. What types of beds do you offer?
We offer platform beds, panel beds, storage beds, upholstered beds, and metal beds. All beds comply with applicable ASTM stability standards.

6. What types of mattresses do you offer?
We offer innerspring, memory foam, hybrid, latex, and crib mattresses. All mattresses comply with 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance) and 16 CFR Part 1633 (open flame resistance) flammability standards.

7. What types of nightstands do you offer?
We offer single-drawer, multi-drawer, open shelf, and charging nightstands. Units over 27 inches tall include anti-tip devices and comply with 16 CFR Part 1261 (clothing storage units safety standard).

8. What are the mattress flammability requirements?
All mattresses sold in the U.S. must meet 16 CFR Part 1632 (resistance to cigarette ignition) and 16 CFR Part 1633 (open flame resistance). Each mattress bears a permanent law label with month/year of manufacture and manufacturer location.

9. Do nightstands require anti-tip devices?
Yes. Nightstands 27 inches or taller are regulated as Clothing Storage Units (CSUs) under 16 CFR Part 1261, which incorporates ASTM F2057-23 as the mandatory safety standard.

10. What is ASTM F2057-23?
This is the mandatory CPSC standard for clothing storage units to prevent child tip-over. It requires three stability tests simulating a child up to 60 pounds interacting with the unit, includes carpet simulation, and mandates a compliant anti-tip device in the box.

11. Are there special requirements for children's beds?
For full-size cribs and toddler beds, additional CPSC standards apply under 16 CFR Part 1219 and 16 CFR Part 1220. Products intended for children 12 and under require Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, and must include permanent tracking labels per 16 CFR Part 1130 (manufacturer name, production date, batch number).

12. What are the law label requirements for mattresses?
Each mattress must bear a permanent, accessible, and legible law label containing the month and year of manufacture and the location of manufacture, in compliance with 16 CFR 1632.31.

13. How do I care for my mattress?

  • Use a waterproof mattress protector.

  • Rotate mattress every 3-6 months (if not one-sided).

  • Do not remove law label.

  • Allow 24-48 hours for expansion after unboxing.

  • Vacuum surface occasionally.

14. How do I care for my bed and nightstand?

  • Wood/MDF: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters; avoid direct sunlight.

  • Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

  • Check hardware periodically; tighten if needed.

  • Anchor tall nightstands to wall using provided anti-tip devices.

15. What is the weight capacity?

  • Beds: 500-800 lbs (including mattress and sleepers). Check product specs.

  • Nightstands: Top surface: 50-100 lbs; drawers: 20-30 lbs.
