DO NOT REMOVE THE LAW LABEL. Permanent law label contains required information per 16 CFR 1632.31 (month/year of manufacture and location of manufacture).

All mattresses must meet 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance) and 16 CFR Part 1633 (open flame resistance) standards.

Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

Do not use mattress if damaged or if law label is removed.

For bed-in-a-box mattresses, allow 24-48 hours to fully expand before sleeping.
For Nightstands (Anti-Tip Safety – 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057-23):

ASTM F2057-23 is the mandatory CPSC safety standard for clothing storage units, requiring three stability tests simulating a child weighing up to 60 pounds.
