Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Small items (nightstands): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Large items (beds, mattresses): Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Small items: 5-10 days; Large items via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for beds and mattresses at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Beds/Nightstands: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; anti-tip hardware included for tall nightstands.

  • Mattresses: Compressed, rolled, and boxed in plastic. Do not use sharp objects to open. Law label visible.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
